Local Lib Dem councillors have attacked Conservative-run South Oxfordshire District Council for its decision to spend £1.5 million sending local enquiries to a call centre in Coventry.
The Lib Dem budget for South Oxfordshire would have meant a LOWER Council Tax - with the longer term aim of bringing Council Tax down to the level of the neighbouring Lib Dem-run Vale of White Horse Council.
Currently Conservative-run South Oxfordshire Council Tax is £120.24 a year for a Band D property - Lib Dem-run Vale of White Horse District Council charge £102.07 a year.
