Cllr Anne Purse

Anne held the Sustainable Development portfolio on the previous executive. She has represented Wheatley on the County Council since 1993, and is a long-standing environmental campaigner. She is Vice Chairman of the County Council. She is also a South Oxfordshire District Councillor.

With four grown-up daughters, Anne's spare time is spent with the family, the cats and dog, walking, reading and gardening.

Cllr David Turner

David has been the County Councillor for Chalgrove for 16 years and is the shadow cabinet member for Schools Improvement. David has served on most of the County's committees and was Chairman in 2003/4. He is also Leader of the Opposition on South Oxfordshire District Council and a former Chairman.

Married with two grown-up sons. Self-employed running an industrial and sports electronic display business. Keen long distance walker. Completed the Pennine Way, Wainwright's coast to coast walk, Offa's Dyke Path and the Dales Way in recent years.
