The constituency borders that of Evan Harris, the Liberal Democrat MP for Oxford West and Abingdon.

The Henley Liberal Democrat By-Election Campaign HQ is in Thame, a town near the M40 in Henley-on-Thames Constituency. The HQ is open from 9am, seven days a week.
