Campaigning for Henley, Thame and South-East Oxfordshire

"We need ACTION to fix our streets now!"

Lib Dem campaigner Stephen Kearney is calling for real action to fix Berinsfield's streets. "Residents have told me that cracked pavements and huge pot holes are a massive problem", said Stephen Kearney.

"They make it really dangerous for small children and families just to walk to school or to the shops. It is unfair that residents should be forced to put up with our roads and streets in this terrible state - especially when we are also paying record council tax bills."

Stephen Kearney and the Liberal Democrats are campaigning to make our streets safer. Oxfordshire Lib Dems called for an extra £1.5 million to be spent fixing our roads and pavements, but the Conservative County Council refused. Stephen Kearney said:

"We need to take action now to improve our roads and make our streets safer for local families."
